Business Interruption Insurance Specialist

I have over 44 years' experience in the Business Interruption (BI) Insurance, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Insurance Claims sectors.

My expertise and experience has been attained through working for major global insurance brokers (Willis, Sedgwick, JLT and Marsh). 

​

A long held desire led me to start my own BI Insurance Risk Consultancy in January 2023; Cracknell Risk Consulting Limited. 

​

Delivery of BI Insurance Review consultancy projects has been for hundreds of a wide range of clients in the UK and internationally across most sectors.

​

I have expert capabilities in BI Insurance Reviews, across the full supply chain spectrum, including risk assessment, risk quantification, insurance cover gap analysis and  recommendations for the BI insurance programme, BCM  and SCRM. 

​

My previous experience in delivering business continuity and supply chain risk management projects, along with having managed and negotiated a number of large BI claims for a range of clients, is brought to bear within my BI Insurance Review work.  This enables mitigation measures to be appropriately factored into the BI risk evaluation to provide a more realistic assessment and quantification of the BI exposures.
